Service Description

Take the fear out of making socks. Let us help you learn how to make socks with double pointed needles (DPNs). Over 3 weeks learn how socks are constructed and finished. Socks are a great 'go to' project and give you a sense of accomplishment while providing a donation to a worthy cause. Join the Sock Community of 7 Sisters Yarn and Fiber and let's create something together! When: Tuesday afternoons 1:00 - 3:00pm, May 28, June 4th and June 11th. Cost: $40 for 3 - 2 hour classes! What a steal! Experience: We don't recommend this for new knitters. As a student you need a good understanding of casting on, increasing and decreasing and be able to read a pattern. Supplies: A set of Size 2 dpns (wood or metal) and 100g of sock yarn of your choice. Self striping yarn and needles are available at 7 Sisters Yarn and Fiber. If you've already taken the class and would like a refresher, don't be shy... we'd be happy to help and the funds go to a good cause. Thank you for supporting our St. Louis Stray Rescue!
